How do you make your customer's feel?

How do you make your customer's feel?   Do they feel appreciated and valued?  Do they feel that you respect their time?  Relationships are the cornerstone of any successful business.  Customer's have choices about where to invest their money.

Where do you invest your money?  Most likely it is with businesses that you feel value your business, with people that you like and even more importantly with people that you feel like and respect you.

Make your customer experience one that leaves a lasting memory.  People do not always remember what we say or even what we do - but they ALWAYS remember how you make them feel.

It's coming - the holidays are coming in hot!

Good afternoon - for those of you in Nebraska the holidays are literally coming in hot - 79 degrees yesterday.  Full disclosure I for one was definitely not ready for the cold so I am drinking them in!     If your lives are going anything like ours you are already seeing the days of fall zooming by faster than you can count.  Remember to be present - where ever you are - BE THERE!  Take time to enjoy everyday and those that you love.

Here is a little gift from us at the beginning of this hectic season - November & December's calendar for your use.  Just click on the month's pic to download your free copy.   The link will take you to copy.com where you can download a pdf.  These can be printed as 5 x 7 or full 8 1/2 by 11 sheets - just select (fit) when you print.  If it's too girly for you - send it to your girl or someone that will appreciate it - Enjoy!

P.S. -  www.copy.com is a great resource for sharing files with clients - it is free for up to 15 GB and does not require your client to register for an account or download any software.

Finally - Our New Website is Here!

It is actually shameless that a design & marketing company would go nearly 3 years without updating their website.  Nonetheless it is a fact of life that when you run a business and a life it is hard to work "in" your business when you are working "on" your business.  So many things seem to take priority over our time.

I am sure that is all to familiar to many of you - quite frankly it is for that very reason that we are in business.  We tell our clients, "do as we say, not as we do".  Despite that fact and because of our awesome clients we are fortunate to continue to build our business.  So thank you to those of you that have trusted us with helping you build your business and for all the referrals and continued business you send our way.   We are humbled and abundantly blessed.
