Dee - this is how a video that was hosted on YouTube or Vimeo would look.

We use Vimeo because we can keep them private & only available as we want. If you put them on YouTube they are out there for anyone to find. That can be good too - just depends on what you are looking for - if you want anyone to see it and be able to use it YouTube is the way to go.

If you want to keep it private and only available on your website then I would suggest Vimeo.
